My home is my castle

Ich war ja zu Ostern in England und ich werde sicher noch weitere Urlaube dort verbringen, weil ich dieses Land und die Menschen einfach mag. Eine Freundin von mir ist auch ein Fan von England, so ist es nicht verwunderlich, dass sie zum Geburtstag diese Teebox und eine passende Zuckerdose (für Würfelzucker oder Candiszucker) von mir bekommen hat.

Zuerst habe ich die braune Holzbox und die runde Dose mit weißem Gesso eingestrichen und anschließend mit grüner Distressfarbe eingefärbt. Dann habe ich den Blattswirlstempel mit brauner Archivalfarbe aufgestempelt. Das ganze mit Stanzteilen dekoriert und das Hauptmotiv aufgeklebt.

At Easter I was in England and I am sure, this was not the last holiday I spent there. I like the country and the people there. A friend of me is also a fan of England, so she got this teebox and a suitable sugar box (for lump sugar or candis sugar) for her birthday.

First  I painted the brown wooden box and the round tin with white Gesso afterwards I colored with green Distress Ink. With brown Archival Ink I stamped the bladswirl. Than I decorated with die cuts and clued  on the main motif .

Vase-Frühling/vase-spring

Im Frühling freue ich mich immer auf die ersten Blumen im Garten und dazu zählen für mich Iris und Tulpen. Daher habe ich diese Blumenvase gestaltet, um einzelne Blüten ins Haus zu holen.

At spring I can´t wait till the first flowers are growing in my garden. Especially Iris an Tulips are one of my favorites. So I decorated this vase for the first flowers.

Wir sind im Garten

Nun ist wieder die warme Sommerzeit, wo wir auch gerne unsere Freizeit im Garten verbringen. Und damit uns die Besucher nicht suchen müssen, ist so ein Schild sehr hilfreich!

Now it´s again the warm summertime and we like to spend our time in the garden. And with this plate the visitors now where we are to find.
