Heute habe ich ganz alte Utensilien verwendet. Zuerst habe ich meine alten Brilliance-Stempelkissen genommen und damit den Hintergrund eingefärbt. Dann wurden die Stempel abgedrückt und das Papier durch meinen alten Papierweller gedreht, um diesen Welleneffekt zu erzielen.



Today I used some old equipment. First I took my old Brilliance-Stempelkissen and colored the background. Than I stamped the images on the paper after this I turned it through my old paper crimper to get this nice weaved effect.

Am Strand /At the beach

Jetzt ist gerade Urlaubszeit - und eines meiner Urlaubsträume ist, einmal die Nordsee zu besuchen. Daher haben mich diese Stempel gerade dazu eingeladen diese Karte zu machen.

At the moment it´s holiday time - and one of my dreams of holidays is, to visit the northern sea. So I had to use these stamps to make this card.

Unter Wasser/ underwater

Am  Samstag waren wir an einem See und das hat mich wieder daran erinnert, wie sehr ich es im Sommer liebe in einem See zu schwimmen. Natürlich gibt es da auch einige Fische zu entdecken, daher habe ich diese Karte heute gemacht.

On saturday we were at a lake and this reminded me how much I love it to swim in a lake. Of course I saw some fishes in the lake, that´s the reason why I made this card.

Geburtstagskuvert

Meine kleine Tochter ist zu einer Sommergeburtstagsparty eingeladen. So brauchte ich ein kleine Verpackung für das Geschenk (einen Kinogutschein). Ich machte aus Wellpappe dieses Kuvert, und habe es entsprechend dekoriert. Vorne im Kuvert ist genug Platz ein paar nette Glückwünsche und den Kinogutschein zu verstecken - und das Kuvert kann später auch noch als Dekoration aufgehängt werden.

My little daughter is invited to a summer birthday party. So I needed a packaging for the gift (a coucher for the cinema). I made this envelope from strong paper and decorated it. In the front of the envelope is enough space for some kind words and the voucher and afterwards you can use the envelope as a hanger and decoration.

Ich erinnere dich/I remind you

Auch dieses Schuljahr ist fast zu Ende, aber bald wird ja wieder ein neues für meine kleine Tochter beginnen. So braucht sie dann auch wieder ein Büchlein, um ihre Aufgaben zu notieren. Aus diesem Grund habe ich ihr heute gleich ein Buch in ihren Lieblingsfarben dekoriert.

This school year is nearly finished, but soon will start a new one for my little daughter. So she will need a book again to note her exercises. For this reason I made her a new book in her favorite colors.

Country home

Ich liebe diese Landschaftsstempel - sie strahlen so viel Ruhe aus. Gerade in dieser schnelllebigen Zeit braucht man oft diese Stille um Kraft zu schöpfen.

I love this country stamps - they radiate so much of rest. Especially in this fast world we often need the silence to draw out power.

Bilderrahmen - Frame

Dies ist ein Bilderrahmen von einem großen Möbelhaus. Ich habe ihn mit AAI eingefärbt. Dann habe ich die Acetatfolie am Rand und ebenfalls die Libellen auf Folie bestempelt. Die Fee und der Schmetterling sind auf Papier gestempelt, coloriert und ausgeschnitten.

This is a frame of a big furniture store. I colored the frame with AAI. Than I stamped on the border of the acetat and also the dragonfly. The fairy and the butterfly is stamped on paper, colored and cut out.
